We have one of the quickest turn-around time when processing orders. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your tracking number. Some exceptions apply when ordering custom fit ballistic gear.
We ship via UPS and offer ground and second day air. We ship worldwide to individuals or organizations most items providing there is no US embargo in force or export restriction. Some items may require State Department export licenses which we shall apply for where necessary.Do not export any of our products without first checking all US Government authorities. Exporting Level III and IV armor plates requires a U.S. State Department export permit. Some countries may require a Department of Commerce export license Body Armor. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to US and local Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances.Residents of Connecticut are prohibited from buying Body Armor unless the sale is face to face (or unless the buyer is a police officer, Police Department, or military).We cannot ship to residents of Connecticut who are not police or military.If any import permits are required in the country of destination, they must be obtained by the buyer.There are no minimum quantity requirements and we shall quote on every bulk order if requested.All S&H charges are for the buyer's account.All credit card orders including our Distributors orders are processed manually so the price will be adjusted accordingly prior to shipping.

Buyer is responsible for any import permits,custom´s duties, import restrictions, and tariffs associated with their order. United Parcel Service and Freight Shipping are all available for your convenience.
All in stock items are shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified with an estimated ship date. Domestic shipments are generally delivered in 7 business days after receipt of payment. Please feel free to call or email to check the availability of any item prior to placing your order. MOST of ALL our vests are made when ordered, as we DO NOT let our vests sit on a shelf. As well as all other orders i.e special orders or orders for imported items may take 4 weeks to 8 weeks, occasionally longer due to customs, please plan your orders accordingly we do NOT refund because of time manufacturing and or shipping issues.
Export Regulations & Delivery Time
Shipping Level III and IV RIFLE Plates outside the US requires a U.S. State Department export permit which can take 6 weeks to 4 months.Please plan your purchases accordingly.
Under no circumstances will any returns be allowed on custom built and special order items. No merchandise will be accepted for return without first obtaining authorization from us. Your request to return the goods must be received within 24 hours of your receiving them and must be shipped back at buyers expense within 24 hours of receiving written approval. All merchandise accepted for return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and untampered. We issue the purchaser a credit towards an exchange when we have received the goods back in good condition and without modification.
Under no circumstances are we obliged to refund money.Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping and the cost of shipping & handling charges on returns must be borne by the buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any orders we agree to restock will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee on the original cost price.Please ship all returns to InterAmerican Security Products, Inc. offices only when authorization is given to be restocked verbally.
